We don’t feel confident relying on rope protectors that are hanging on by a thread, and none of them feel truly built to last. Cheaper canvas isn’t durable, and many rope protectors that do use performance fibres like Kevlar™ hide it under less durable layers due to it's degradation by UV.
We built the Rope Pro to use 100% HMPE technical fabric in the primary structure, providing excellent abrasion and cut resistance in any orientation. Compared to rope protectors using aramid or Kevlar™ style liners, the Rope Pro is equally abrasion resistant inside and out no matter how you set it up.
More than just a pretty face, the striking colour scheme allows for clear indication of correct installation, the hot pink hook and loop easily visible if the protector has opened, and lime green edge tape makes each end highly visible.
