Terms and Services for Rope Access Training

Terms and Conditions
  1. To reserve your spot on a course you must pay the balance in full.

  2. Payment of the deposit is considered acceptance of the terms & conditions.

  3. A non-refundable $450.00 deposit is required to book your place on the course, with the balance of course fees due before the commencement of training.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse service should you have an outstanding balance on the course start date. Details on how to pay your balance will be emailed to you once your purchase has been made. 

Booking Amendments and Cancellations

  1. Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfer/change of course dates shall be made in writing to info@urbanabseiler.com.au
  2. Course date transfers will be charged an $80 administration fee
  3. Name changes to bookings will be charged an $80 administration fee
  4. Cancellation notifications made more than 7 working days from the start of the course  - will be refunded minus the non-refundable $450.00 deposit
  5. Urban Abseiler will provide a full refund for any training service not provided.

  6. A cancellation fee of a full course per person applies for cancellations made less than 7 working days in advance, or in case of a no-show.
