COMBINED COURSE:
HEIGHTS SAFETY SUPERVISOR

This comprehensive training program integrates two essential courses, Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E) and Conduct Local Risk Control (RIIRIS201E), designed for individuals working in the resources and infrastructure industries. This combined course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to work safely at heights while effectively managing and controlling risks in their work environment.

Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E)
This course is designed for both new and experienced personnel who need to work safely at heights in an operational capacity. Participants will learn to identify a wide range of height-related risks and implement safe working procedures in compliance with regulations and legislative requirements. The course covers risk identification, control measures, and the interpretation of risk assessment documentation, as well as technical and safety information. Additionally, students will gain an understanding of the strengths and limitations of fall protection equipment used for working at heights.

Conduct Local Risk Control (RIIRIS201E)
This course focuses on equipping participants with the skills and knowledge to conduct local risk controls within the resources and infrastructure industries. Participants will learn to identify hazards, assess risks, and determine unacceptable risks. The course also covers the identification, assessment, and implementation of risk treatments, along with the completion of necessary records and reports to ensure workplace safety.

By enrolling in this combined course, participants will be well-prepared to work safely at heights while managing local risks effectively, ensuring a safer work environment in high-risk industries.
